By commissioning Mynx, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. They apply to orders placed through VGen or directly through email or another approved channel. The final VGen proposal or PayPal invoice defines each commission’s scope, price, timeline, deliverables, and license.
1. Age & Services
Clients must be 18 or older. Minors may request SFW work only through a parent or legal guardian. NSFW commissions are strictly for adults.
Requests are subject to acceptance; Mynx may decline any commission without explanation.
2. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• 50% upfront reserves your slot and starts the project.
• 50% after sketch approval, before delivery of unwatermarked final files.
VGen orders are paid through VGen; direct orders use PayPal Business invoices. Work and turnaround time begin once the initial payment and all required references are received.
3. Revisions & Deadlines
Three revision rounds are included at the sketch or layout stage. Major changes after approval may cost extra. Errors by Mynx that conflict with approved references or instructions will be corrected free of charge.
Turnaround varies by service. Estimated dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Rush orders depend on availability and typically carry a 50% surcharge.
4. Inactivity, Cancellations & Refunds
A reminder will be sent after 7 days without a response. After 14 days, the commission may be closed or archived. If work has started, the initial payment is nonrefundable. Reopening depends on availability and may require a revised deadline or fee.
• Before work begins, the initial payment may be refunded.
• Once sketching begins, the first 50% is nonrefundable.
• No refunds are available after sketch approval, final payment, or delivery of final files.
• If Mynx cannot complete the commission, you will receive a full refund.
5. Content Restrictions
Mynx accepts SFW and NSFW commissions. For NSFW work, the client and all depicted characters must be adults, characters must look clearly adult, and all sexual activity must be consensual.
The following are not accepted:
• NSFW depictions of minors, young-looking characters, or aged-up versions of minors.
• Incest, abuse, coercion, or nonconsensual sex.
• Hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content.
• Stolen designs or exact imitation of another artist’s style.
Other fetishes are considered individually. Mynx may decline any subject that causes discomfort.
6. Personal & Commercial Use
Personal use is included: posting with credit, icons, banners, wallpapers, references, and one personal print. Monetization, advertising, commercial branding, merchandise, resale, and redistribution are excluded.

7. Copyright & Prohibited Uses
Mynx retains authorship and copyright unless rights are expressly transferred in writing. Clients confirm they have permission to use all supplied characters and materials.
You may not:
• Claim the artwork as your own creation.
• Resell or redistribute files, or create unlicensed merchandise.
• Turn the artwork into NFTs.
• Use it for AI training, datasets, prompts, AI editing, or image generation.
• Use discarded or unfinished sketches.
• Make major modifications without permission.
• Use the work for illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or discriminatory purposes.
8. Portfolio & Privacy
Unless privacy is agreed upon before payment, Mynx may display finished work and selected progress images in portfolios, social media, examples, promotions, or streams.
Privacy or delayed publication must be requested and approved in writing before work begins. Personal and payment details will never be published.
9. Files & Communication
Deliverables may include high-resolution PNG, and transparent PNG, depending on the service. Editable or layered source files are excluded unless expressly purchased. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.
VGen commissions are managed through VGen; direct commissions use the agreed email or contact channel. Harassment, threats, discrimination, sexual harassment, repeated pressure, or abusive behavior will result in cancellation. Any refund will depend on the work completed.
10. Acceptance & Applicable Rules
Payment confirms acceptance of these terms and the final proposal. Updates apply to future commissions; active orders remain unchanged unless otherwise agreed in writing
